Ian Anderson: Guitar, Mandolin, Bouzouki, Flute, Whistles, 5 string Banjo and Vocals Ian is an accomplished singer / songwriter with 5 CDs to his credit. He has been writing and performing since the tender age of 15. Most of his work has been as a solo performer although he also has spent a great deal of time with a number of duos and larger bands including a highly successful ceilidh band of many leading Northumbrian musicians. He has toured extensively throughout the UK as well playing in Ireland (North and South), Europe and Turkey. Other credits come from playing at all size venues from local pubs to festival stages accompanying such artists as Fairport Convention, Lindesfarne, Eliza Carthy and Katherine Tickell. Ian is first and foremost an entertainer with a wicked sense of humour and an easy style.
Tom Caisley: Fiddle, Mandolin, 12 string Guitar, Northumbrian Pipes and Vocals Tom comes from one of Northumberland’s foremost musical families with his father a world leading Northumbrian Piper. Playing since he was “a wee tot” has taken him to Norway, France, Poland, Ireland and most of the rest of Europe and Ireland both solo and with a number of bands. Renowned for his extremely fast and accurate playing he brings fire to all his performances.
Brian Sykes: 6 & 12 string Guitars, Mandola, Mandolin, Bodhran and Vocals Another singer / songwriter Brian has been playing and performing for over 30 years. Venues and International Festivals from Australia to Ireland have found Brian appearing with acts such as The Dubliners , Fairport Convention, Eliza Carthy, and many others.
Together they simply want to have a good time doing what they do best which is making sure the audience enjoy themselves and leave with a smile on their faces knowing they’ve been well entertained.
